About the Internship
Doon Digital Learning is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Interns who can communicate with students and parents and help them understand our educational services and courses.
This internship is a 3-month training program, after which candidates will be offered performance-based paid opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents
- Provide information about our courses and services
- Guide students regarding course details and admission process
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain basic records of calls and inquiries
- Support the admissions team in converting leads
Internship Structure
- First 3 Months: Training & skill development (communication + sales training)
- After Training: Paid opportunity based on performance and conversions
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident speaking on phone
- Basic understanding of computer and internet
- Interest in sales, marketing, or education sector
- Smartphone or laptop with internet connection
