Job Description:
Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and responsible individual for the position of Cashier cum Teller at our Panikoili, Jajpur location. This role combines core cashiering responsibilities with a partial focus on sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash transactions, receipts, and payments accurately
- Maintain cash balance and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of the day
- Assist customers with financial transactions and queries
- Promote company products and services to walk-in customers
- Support retail branch team in achieving branch targets
- Maintain records and documentation as per company policies
- Ensure compliance with internal audit and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in cashiering, teller operations, or financial services (freshers with good aptitude may apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
