Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teller at the Capital Small Finance Bank located in Dausa. The Teller will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, processing deposits and withdrawals, and assisting customers with their banking needs. Additional duties include ensuring customer satisfaction, cross-selling bank products, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate transaction records while complying with banking regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to provide exceptional support and address inquiries effectively
- Accuracy and attention to detail for processing transactions and maintaining financial records
- Basic knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash management
- Proficiency with basic computer software and banking systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
