Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru North for a Telecaller Executive. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about property listings, answering customer queries, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate customer records in the system. The Telecaller Executive will also follow up with prospective leads, build positive client relationships, and assist in achieving sales targets by converting inquiries into successful deals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, telecalling, and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with clients
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets and understanding customer needs to provide suitable property recommendations
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and maintaining accurate client records
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
- High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in multitasking
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and other regional languages is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
