Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in the Pune Division. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates to promote our clinical research courses, addressing their queries, and providing detailed information on program offerings. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and achieving assigned targets. The role also involves fostering relationships with prospective learners while providing excellent customer service through follow-ups and regular communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and verbal proficiency)
- Good telephone etiquette and the ability to engage potential clients effectively
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools
- Sales or customer service experience in a similar domain is an advantage
- Proactive attitude and ability to meet targets consistently
- High levels of patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Graduate degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
