Type of employment: Consultant mode with VOIZ
Nature of a job: Tele calling (Voice Process, Outbound)
Timings: Fixed shift of 9 hrs. (Including 1 hr. Break) between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, rotational week off
• Mandatory 9 hours of login time including productive call handling time and Idle time and at least 24 working days in the month.
• Level I & II calling for verification of customer inbound interests for leading two wheeler brands
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Know the products inside and out so that you can answer queries
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments
• Maintain positive, empathetic and a professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
Candidate Specification:
• Minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent
• English & any regional language like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali (proficiency in both languages is a must)
• Must have a Windows 10 or above Laptop or a Computer (good working condition)
• High speed internet connectivity (Broadband Wifi – 50 Mbps+)
• A silent room to work
• Fresher or Experienced, any field welcome, should be 18+ & shouldn’t hold an active PF(UAN) account
Selection Process:
• 3 rounds of interviews L1, L2 & client round (mostly on same day, if not then next day)
• Post Selection, all candidates must complete a training & certification course before final on-boarding
Training Period Details:
Training / OJT / Certification completion (7 days Process Training, 4 days OJT (On The Job) & 4 days Certification – all subject to change based on client/internal requirement). Successful completion of training will get you a Certification and land you into operations
Stipend & Payout Details:
Stipend of Rs.6000 will be paid for attending the training, OJT and certification process, subject to certification clearance. Stipend will be paid with the following month’s payout
Monthly Payout - 18,000
Note:
Consultant must clear the certification process to become eligible for training stipend or payout. Payments for a service month will be processed in the following month (before 12th).
