We are seeking a personalised and results-driven approach to private tuition and educational strategy. Role Overview: We are seeking an elite Education Consultant to join our expanding consultancy division. This role is suited for someone with deep knowledge of the UK independent school landscape, international school transitions, and a proven track record advising families navigating complex educational decisions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, insight, and confidence when advising families on school selection, entrance strategies, transitions between curricula, and long-term academic planning — especially at key stages such as 7+, 11+, 13+, and Sixth Form entry. Responsibilities: Provide tailored educational consultancy to clients, who are navigating the UK or international education systems. Advise on the selection and application process for elite day and boarding schools. Guide families through school transfers, relocation challenges, and transitioning between international curricula (e.g. IB, A Levels, GCSE, American, etc). Collaborate with the wider Telios Tutors team to ensure smooth tutor placements aligned with the client's academic goals. Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in all client interactions. Occasionally represent Telios Tutors at key events or consultations (virtually or in person). Essential Requirements: Extensive experience within the UK independent school system (e.g. former teacher, head of admissions, or senior leadership background preferred). Strong understanding of top UK day and boarding schools, including their cultures, entry requirements, and positioning. A polished, professional, and discreet communication style with the ability to build trust with high-level clients. Passionate about education, with a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking. Ability to work flexibly, often across time zones for international clients.
