Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, providing them with product/service information, and addressing queries. Key responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, building strong customer relationships, promoting company offerings, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients
- Proficiency in telephone etiquette and client relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation and follow-ups
- Organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate customer records
- Problem-solving and active listening skills, along with the ability to handle queries and objections
- Familiarity with IT and web services, such as e-commerce, web design, and online marketing, is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
