Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, based in Nagpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for initiating and receiving calls, maintaining professional and effective communication with customers, accurately documenting interactions, and managing inquiries proactively. The role may include customer support, gathering feedback, or promoting products/services, depending on the needs of the campaign or business objective.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Focus on customer service and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documenting call outcomes
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management tools
• Ability to work in a team environment and efficiently manage time
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is an advantage
