Role Description
This is a full-time Telicaller position based on-site in Indore. The Telicaller will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, introducing them to our platform, and explaining its value. The role involves building and maintaining relationships, scheduling follow-ups, and pursuing outreach initiatives to identify new stories, collaborators, and partnerships. The Telicaller will also document call outcomes and offer support to enhance connections with changemakers and organizations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and persuasive speaking abilities
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales outreach
- Ability to manage and document multiple interactions systematically
- A basic understanding of storytelling approaches and an interest in impactful initiatives
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and general office software
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English and/or additional languages spoken in the region is a plus
- Graduation in any discipline, with prior experience in a similar role preferred
