Job Title: Sales Executive Telesales (Export)
Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Executive Telesales with
1 -3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in handling sales calls, and possess the ability to generate and qualify leads for our export business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and export teams to convert leads into orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, sales, or lead generation (export industry experience is preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
