We're Hiring | Team Leader – Tele Sales
Write4U is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Tele Sales to lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a telesales team
Drive team sales targets and productivity
Monitor daily performance and improve conversion rates
Coach team members to achieve business goals
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Ensure process compliance and quality standards
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Tele Sales Team Leader
✔ Strong track record of achieving team sales targets
✔ Excellent people management and coaching skills
✔ Strong knowledge of telecalling operations
✔ Good command of MS Excel (reports, dashboards, MIS)
✔ Strong communication and analytical skills
