Job Description
Pension Bazaar is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage a team of inside sales executives handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves driving sales performance, monitoring call quality, and ensuring achievement of operational and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a telesales / inside sales voice process team
- Monitor inbound and outbound call performance and productivity
- Ensure achievement of team sales targets and conversion goals
- Track key call center metrics such as AHT, quality scores, shrinkage, and attrition
- Conduct call monitoring, coaching, and feedback sessions
- Handle team escalations and support agents in resolving customer queries
- Maintain daily MIS reports and team performance dashboards
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Voice Process / Telesales / Inside Sales
- Inside Sales Team Lead experience is mandatory
- At least 2 years of team handling experience
- Experience in inbound and outbound calling processes
- Strong understanding of call center metrics such as AHT, shrinkage, and attrition
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Graduation is mandatory
