Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives to drive rental sales for luxury villas across India and international destinations.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets through effective call management and lead conversion.
- Monitor daily performance metrics including call productivity, conversions, and closures.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members through regular feedback, call audits, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and manage high-value Ultra HNI / HNI client interactions when required. Ensure timely follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing and referral channels.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and team performance on CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
- Share market insights, client feedback, and team performance reports with senior management to improve sales strategies. Key Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, and Personal Traits)
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales, preferably in luxury hospitality, premium real estate, or high-value services.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric approach with an understanding of luxury brand standards.
