Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Team Lead at India IVF Fertility in Noida. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of telesales representatives, implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing training and guidance, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

- Sales expertise
- Experience in leading a telesales team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Knowledge of fertility treatments or healthcare industry is a plus
