Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Team Lead located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily team operations, conducting sales training sessions, monitoring performance, interacting with customers, and addressing their inquiries or concerns. The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and the ability to motivate the team to drive results.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and team members
- Proven Team Management and Team Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members
- Experience in Sales, including the ability to strategize and achieve set targets
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a telesales environment or relevant leadership role will be considered an asset
