Role Description
Consolidated looking for a dynamic and result-driven ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ โ ๐ง๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ to manage and drive the performance of our outbound calling team. If you are passionate about leading teams, achieving targets, and building high-performing sales environments, this role is for you.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Lead and manage a team of outbound executives/telecallers
โข Drive daily, weekly & monthly targets and revenue goals
โข Monitor team performance, productivity, and call quality
โข Provide coaching on sales pitch, objection handling & closing techniques
โข Conduct regular huddles and performance reviews
โข Ensure process adherence, reporting, and CRM updates
โข Collaborate with Sales, Operations & Marketing teams
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
โข 3โ6 years of experience in outbound sales/call center
โข Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
โข Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
โข Ability to work in a target-drivenment
โขCandidates who can speak multiple languages will be preferred
