Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Team Lead. The Telesales Team Lead will manage and oversee a team of telesales representatives, ensuring performance targets are met and building effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, monitoring KPIs, analyzing sales metrics, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires fostering a positive team environment, resolving escalated customer concerns, and implementing improvements to the sales process to drive business growth.

- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities
- Proficiency in telesales techniques, sales pipeline management, and customer engagement
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and improving performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales platforms, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently, manage performance remotely, and adapt to dynamic environments
- Prior experience in sales or team management, preferably in a relevant industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
