💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Calling and engaging with potential business clients
Understanding their problems and pitching SaaS solutions
Closing deals independently (this is a closing role, not just calling)
Maintaining follow-ups and updating CRM
Working closely with the founder & core team
💰 Compensation (Built for Closers)
We believe performers should earn more. Here’s how:
🔻 If Monthly Sales < ₹50,000:
Earn 30% of the total sales achieved
👉 Example:
₹30,000 sales → ₹9,000 earning
🔸 If Monthly Sales ≥ ₹50,000:
₹15,000 Fixed Salary (Unlocked)
10% incentive on total sales
👉 Example:
₹80,000 sales → ₹15,000 + ₹8,000 = ₹23,000
₹1,00,000 sales → ₹15,000 + ₹10,000 = ₹25,000
If you can generate ₹1,00,000 in sales, you earn ₹25,000. If you generate more, you earn more. There is no cap
