We are hiring a Telesales Executive to support sales growth by reaching out to restaurants, cafés, and potential customers, introducing our gourmet food portfolio, and generating sales opportunities through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to restaurants, cafés, and food businesses.
- Introduce and explain Chenab’s gourmet food products.
- Generate sales leads and potential orders through telephonic outreach.
- Maintain accurate daily call records and customer information.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team where required.
- Submit daily call and progress reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a Food-related field (IHM preferred).
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer skills.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to clearly explain products over the phone.
- Confidence speaking with restaurant and food business buyers.
- Good organisation and reporting discipline.
