Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Ghaziabad. The Telesales Specialist will manage outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, effectively communicate the value of the company’s solutions, and handle customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, processing leads, delivering product information, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The specialist will also assist in coordinating and providing relevant training to clients as required.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to convert leads into clients
- Ability to provide training and support to customers effectively
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic familiarity with technology products and services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
