Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telecaller to support our sales team by generating leads and connecting with potential clients for our HRMS product in the domestic market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads for the HRMS product in the domestic market
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to potential clients
- Identify and qualify prospects for business opportunities
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos and meetings
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Requirements- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Experience in HRMS or related industry is a plus
- Comfortable with calling and follow-up activities
Preferred Skills- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
