Role Description The Telesales Specialist role at Victory Empire Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Telesales Specialist will contact prospective and existing clients, explain stock broking services, and promote suitable products and offerings. This role involves managing outbound and inbound calls, understanding client needs, and converting leads into active accounts. The specialist will maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets. Daily responsibilities also include providing basic product information, resolving simple queries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and polite professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Support, with the ability to convert leads, handle objections, and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in Training or a willingness to learn and adopt new sales techniques, systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Basic understanding of financial markets or stock broking, or a strong interest in learning this domain.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with good time management and organizational skills.
- Prior telesales or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or finance is an advantage.
