Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will handle outbound and inbound calls, build strong relationships with prospective learners, and guide them toward suitable academic programs. The responsibilities include understanding client needs, explaining program details, achieving sales targets, and providing responsive customer support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the academic advisory team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and provide high-quality assistance to prospective and existing clients.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and build trust over phone calls.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including persuasive techniques to convert leads and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Training, especially in educating clients about services or products, is preferred.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and result-oriented focus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records is a plus.
- Relevant experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.
