Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Hisar. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and converting leads into customers. Your duties will include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and maintaining consistent communication to build long-term relationships. You will also provide excellent customer support, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless sales process with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with an ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and effective verbal articulation
- Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Aptitude for providing Training and guidance to clients or team members
- Goal-oriented mindset, excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools is a plus
- Previous experience in digital marketing or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
