About the Role
We are looking for a high-performance Telesales Specialist who can confidently call prospects, pitch website development & software development services, and close deals.
You will be provided with calling data/leads. Your job is to connect, pitch, follow up, and convert.

Key Responsibilities
Call provided leads and pitch our services
Understand business needs and present solutions
Handle objections and close deals on call
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain call & sales records
Achieve weekly/monthly targets

Requirements
Prior experience in telesales/inside sales/closing
Fluent English (compulsory)
Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
Ability to convert leads into clients
Comfortable working in a target-based environment
Preferred:
Experience in website/software/digital services sales
B2B sales background
