Role Description
We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone calls to promote and sell real estate properties. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer support and assisting in training efforts for better client service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities
- Demonstrated Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to contribute to Training initiatives to improve client engagement
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in real estate or a sales-intensive environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Minimum 1-3 Years of experience
