Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Tele sales Specialist role based in Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai. The Tele sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients, addressing inquiries, and promoting products. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the specialist will assist in customer support activities and deliver product-related training as needed.
Skills:
Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to maintain relationships and resolve inquiries effectively.
Strong Communication abilities to convey information clearly and professionally.
Experience in Sales and identifying client-specific customer needs to drive business opportunities.
Capability to deliver Training sessions to educate customers or internal teams about product features and services.
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tele sales tools is a plus.
