Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Gurgaon. The Telesales Specialist will focus on generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales over the phone. Responsibilities include contacting customers, providing detailed information about Renvora’s services, identifying client needs, and closing sales opportunities. Additionally, the role involves offering excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and the ability to successfully close deals and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Customer Support, including problem-solving and relationship management.
- Familiarity with Training techniques to onboard and educate clients when necessary.
- Outstanding teamwork and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
