Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurgaon for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating Renvora’s offerings. Daily tasks include conducting calls to prospective customers, addressing inquiries, explaining solutions, and closing sales. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing support throughout the sales process will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong capabilities in Sales and Communication to effectively convert leads and present solutions clearly to clients.
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to build lasting professional relationships and address client needs proactively.
- Experience in Training and coaching clients or team members as needed to ensure they understand and effectively utilize Renvora’s offerings.
- Ability to meet sales targets in a high-paced and dynamic environment.
- Focused, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role is an advantage.
