Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Samastipur. The Telesales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective and current students or parents, effectively promoting PW’s educational services and products. Responsibilities include identifying potential leads, providing excellent customer service, solving client queries, and meeting monthly sales targets. Telesales Specialists will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills to foster meaningful customer interactions
- Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on achieving targets and driving enrollment
- Experience in Customer Support, including addressing and resolving client inquiries
- Interest in learning and participating in Training sessions to improve skills
- Proficiency in building rapport with clients and understanding their specific needs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or customer services
- Previous experience in the education industry is an advantage
