Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Samastipur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their guardians, understanding their needs, and providing tailored guidance about PW’s educational programs. Additional duties include making outbound calls, addressing inquiries, offering exceptional customer support, and meeting sales and service targets. This role will also involve regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer interaction skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Customer Support
• Ability to provide Training and guidance on products and services
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in handling inquiries and building relationships with customers
• Proficiency in regional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in education or similar industries is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
