Role Description
We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telesales Specialist will engage potential and existing customers through calls, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, building customer relationships, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining accurate sales records. The candidate will also participate in training sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and connect with customers
- Sales experience, including the ability to meet targets, identify opportunities, and manage accounts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to participate in Training sessions to develop and maintain expertise in products and services
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in telesales or related fields is preferred
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
