Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their real estate needs, presenting suitable property options, and driving sales. The role includes following up on leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales targets. The individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client experiences and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs and concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in Communication and Sales, with the ability to engage clients and close deals confidently.
- Experience in Training, with the capability to stay updated about products and educate clients when necessary.

- Familiarity with the real estate market in Delhi NCR is an advantage.
