Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers via phone to understand their needs, explain our products and services, and provide detailed information on our personalized diet plans. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, handling objections, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and build relationships
- Proven Sales and Customer Support experience to convert leads and resolve customer concerns
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to train or guide customers as needed
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in the health, fitness, or nutrition industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
