Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in New Delhi. As a Telesales Specialist, you will engage with potential and existing customers through phone interactions, promote ParaFit’s services, and help drive sales. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, responding to inquiries, providing support, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will contribute to building positive relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide an exceptional client experience
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions clearly
- Proficiency in Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn and adapt to product knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Prior experience in a telesales, customer support, or related role is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
