Hiring: TELESALES EXECUTIVE 📞
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our rapidly growing sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-demand monopoly product line offering India’s lowest MOQ at the most competitive pricing supported by a steady flow of warm leads generated through Google, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 50–80 inbound & outbound calls daily
- Convert warm leads into confirmed orders
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead pipeline
- Coordinate orders and tasks through CRM
- Dispatch sample kits and track conversions
- Maintain daily MIS and CRM reports
- Generate repeat business and cross-sell opportunities
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of telesales / inside sales / customer support experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory
- Basic English required
- Marathi / Gujarati or other regional language is an added advantage
- Comfortable using CRM and spreadsheets
Performance Expectations:
- 50–80 calls per day
- Monthly conversion targets
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
- Revenue and conversion-focused mindset
Work Details:
- Location: Andheri / Goregaon / Taloja
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
