Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role includes making outbound sales calls, responding to inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and adapt to changing customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on providing positive customer experiences
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey information effectively and handle objections professionally
- Experience in Sales and knowledge of sales techniques to meet or exceed targets
- Dedication to continuous learning and participation in Training to stay updated with best practices and product knowledge
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
