Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to provide detailed information about our services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Additional tasks include managing customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer support, maintaining client records, and contributing to team sales goals. The role also involves identifying opportunities for training clients on processes and addressing any concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively assist and build relationships with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful outcomes
- Ability to perform Training sessions for clients to guide them through services or processes
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Prior experience in tax-related services or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
