Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company services, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also includes assisting clients with inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and fostering long-term partnerships. Collaboration with the team to refine sales strategies and identify business opportunities is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Comfortable in Training and guiding customers in understanding services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage
