Role Description
This full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role is located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, converting sales leads into customers, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, making outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, and following up on inquiries. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet company sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build positive client relationships and address inquiries effectively
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
- Sales expertise with a proven track record in meeting targets and driving conversions
- Ability to conduct and guide product Training sessions for customers or team members
- Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in telesales, customer relationship management, or the automotive sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
