Role Description
MN Energy is seeking a Telesales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, promoting and selling solar energy products, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, educating them about suitable solutions, nurturing leads, and achieving sales objectives. The role involves working closely with the sales and support teams to fulfill customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, including lead generation and meeting sales objectives
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver effective Training to clients and team members
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to achieving targets
- Familiarity with the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
