Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Gandhinagar. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, explaining Medoho's solutions, and driving sales through effective communication and customer relationship management. Key tasks include making outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, providing product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build raport
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Support for achieving targets and resolving inquiries
- Experience in delivering Training to educate clients on product features and functionalities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in sales or healthcare technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
