Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales (Retention) Executives
- Own repeat-order targets, retention metrics, and revenue goals for the team
- Monitor daily calling productivity, talk time, and conversion rates
- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement strategies
- Guide the team on objection handling, upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Review and analyze team performance dashboards and MIS reports
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support for seamless service
- Ensure accurate updating of CRM and adherence to sales processes
- Build and implement strategies to improve NPS, churn rate, and LTV
Requirements
- 35 years of inside sales/retention experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or SaaS
- Minimum 12 years experience managing a sales/retention team
- Strong people management and performance management skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and retention targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work in target-driven, fast-paced environments
