Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Kozhikode. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, providing product or service information, and converting leads into successful sales. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining excellent customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve collaboration with team members and participating in training to stay up to date with company offerings and sales techniques.
Qualifications- Customer Support: Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Communication: Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to confidently interact with customers and team members.
- Sales Acumen: Sales skills to identify opportunities, convert leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Adaptability: Willingness to participate in Training and adapt to new tools and techniques.
- Mindset: Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or a related field is an advantage.
- Language & Industry Knowledge: Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
