Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Bengaluru South. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, supporting sales objectives, and meeting sales targets. Key duties include engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, addressing customer concerns, providing product or service information, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and address client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently and professionally
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs, present products effectively, and achieve targets
- Experience with providing Training to team members or onboarding customers is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Prior telesales or customer service experience is beneficial
