Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, understanding their financial needs, promoting FinCrif’s financial products, and assisting them through the loan application process. Additional tasks include providing exceptional customer support, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and persuasion strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Communication to effectively promote and explain financial products to customers
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs
- Ability to conduct Training for self and team members to stay updated on product and process knowledge
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification; prior experience in telesales or financial services will be considered an advantage
