Role Description
We are seeking a Telesales Specialist for a part-time, remote position. The role involves reaching out to potential clients to promote our services, nurturing leads, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a key role in building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining a log of client interactions, and providing feedback on customer preferences to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven skills in Sales and effective promotion of service offerings
- Experience in Customer Support and Training to address client inquiries and provide guidance
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus
- High school diploma or GED; additional education is advantageous
