Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caller role located in DELHI. The Caller will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to prospective clients, providing detailed information about Dropzy's services, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining records of interactions, and supporting new and existing customers in onboarding processes. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, effectively communicating during calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proficient verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Data entry and record-keeping skills to accurately log customer interactions
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport and resolve customer queries effectively
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Prior customer service or telecalling experience is an advantage
- High school diploma; additional education or certification in a related field is preferred
