Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telesales Specialist for an on-site role at our Lucknow facility. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell our products, managing inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service. The role will also involve providing product-related information, handling customer support tasks, and assisting in training sessions for new clients or team members.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent Communication and Sales abilities to engage clients effectively and close sales
- Experience in Training clients or team members on product usage or sales techniques
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
